Indiana Jones 4 pic!
This picture has already been circulating through the internet and I just figured if you haven't seen it then I might as well put it here. Indiana Jones has been a favorite among movie lovers and with the movie showing next summer, they are in for a big surprise.
Heroes: Fight or Flight
Theepisode catches up with Peter Petrelli, still in Cork, Ireland, where he has developed quite the relationship with Caitlin. They’ve become very friendly, and afternoon delights have become a norm. Too bad, then, that Elle doesn’t take No for an answer, as Caitlin’s big bro finds out. That’s right, Peter, you can’t hide anymore, you can’t hide…Back in New Orleans, our new hero Monica has a decision to make: become a hero and eyeball the gangster who tried to rob her or not. Of course, she still has to explain her “flying karate kick thing” to people. She should just blame it on TV, I know I do whenever I foil a robbery. Well at least she has a piano-playing genius back home who has secrets of his own, and is willing to share. But of course, try telling your buddy that you’re a “muscle mimic”, and just wait for the piles of laughter to follow.
Meanwhile, our favorite team of Two Men and a Psychic Girl splits up, with Matt Parkman heading to confront his dad in Philadelphia while Mohinder watches over a comatose Molly Walker. Nathan decides to tag along with Matt, which makes sense, because he can fly and they could save on the airfare. In Philly, Matt finally has that reunion with dear ol pop, except the man who Molly calls worst than Sylar is, well, kinda disappointing. You’d think the ultimate Nightmare Man would have better hygiene, but that’s parents for ya, always letting the kids down. Well, at least he can read minds, too, but that’s not all; he can do other things, other very cool things. Oh, Matt, you’re so gullible.Somewhere half a world away, the newly reconstituted team of HRG and The Haitian are on a mission. It looks cold over there, guys, so it’s a good thing they’re so chummy with their secret mission to save the world and all that good stuff. With the duo indisposed, Mohinder takes Molly to The Company for help. They are more than willing to lend a hand, especially if it means they get to send Mohinder out on a mission of his own, although I’m not sure if he should trust th — wait, who is that? Um, Niki? Long time no — wait, that’s not Niki, it’s — Jessica! One word: “Don’t tase her, bro! Don’t tase her!”
Back in Salaryman Land, Ando endeavors to find out what happened to his bestest bud Hiro, who is still in Feudal Japan helping Takezo Kensei live up to his legend. Or is he? One suspects that our poor, beleaguered hero is staying back in time for purely selfish reasons. It’s too bad he’s already helped Kensei nab the undying affections of that cute Yaeko, who our hero secretly longs. I tell you, the only person on TV with worst luck than Hiro in the love arena is Jack Bauer.
MIA for this episode: Claire and her superboy, and Sylar and the Wonder Twins.

God of War Demo

I had the pleasure of playing the demo game and I must say that the game play is not far from it's predecessor in the Playstation 2 game and it's fantastic. The graphics are splendid. It looks just like the PS2 version. It's scheduled for a March 4, 2008 release.
Here's the plot:
God of War: Chains of Olympus is a prequel to the God of War series. It chronicles the various adventures of Kratos throughout the ten years he spent in servitude of the Gods (hence the game's name which implies a bond between the series' protagonist and the deities of Olympus) preceding the events of God of War.
Heroes: The Kindness of Strangers

Previously on Heroes, HRG has discovered something very unpleasant — namely his death, as predicted by Isaac Mendez in one of his paintings. But our favorite ex-Company Man has other problems right now. Claire desperately wants to slip the cheerleader uniform back on, flyboy West is getting pushy about dating, and HRG wants to talk about sex. Plus, the entire family is hiding secrets, with the exception of Mister Muggles. Then again, I never did trust that dog.
Meanwhile, Grizzly Adams — er, I mean, Nathan Petrelli — visits his boys at school, and we learn that Nathan’s split from the wife was not kosher, as he’s been barred from visiting the boys. They also tell him that his beard needs to go. Kids, they say the darnedest things, don’t they? Nathan’s beleaguered mom, meanwhile, has confessed to killing Kaito Nakamura to the police, but of course we know she didn’t do it. So why is she confessing? Matt Parkman would like answers, and so would Nathan. Can you say, “Team up”? Now if only Matt can extricate himself from his Two Men and a Little Lady scenario he’s got going on with Mohinder back at home. I swear, these two fight like an old married couple.
Somewhere in Mexico, Maya and Alejandro, aka the Wonder Twins, discover something very unpleasant on the road to America. One guess: Yes, it’s Sylar. Also, they’re driving around in Claire’s stolen car, snatched by Derek the thief, the gringo the Wonder Twins took with them when they escaped from the South American jail in the previous episode. This proves my point: Never, ever trust a gringo in South America. But in any case, what are the chances that Sylar would stumble across someone with powers he could steal? Oh, about 9 out of 10 in the world of Heroes.
In New Orleans, Micah passes his time watching cooking shows with Uhura and stealing premium cable for his bratty cousin. Kids, what will they think of next? We also meet the newest hero, Monica, a chef in a local burger joint. And of course by “chef” I mean she makes sandwiches for fat people too lazy to cook dinner at home. Monica dreams of being more and providing for her Katrina-ravaged family, but she has no idea how to go about making that dream come true. Hey, Monica, maybe you should use your powers? Just a thought.Back to more important things. We finally see that photograph with all the former heroes, aka the old guard, back when they were still chums. Included in the picture are: Linderman, Deveaux, Kaito, the Petrellis, Bob, and someone who Matt Parkman knows very well. Unfortunately, he’s also someone Dakota Fanning — er, I mean, Molly Walker knows very well, too. Matt, you got some ’splainin’ to do, buddy.
MIA for this episode: Peter, Niki, and Hiro.
There is no doubt there is a lot of progression in “The Kindness of Strangers”, especially in the Matt and Nathan areas. The rest are still treading water, in particular the Wonder Twins, who, it seems, will never make it to America — at least not in our lifetime. Claire and her teen problems continue to clumsily rumble on, unperturbed by any semblance of original writing. I won’t go so far as to say that the entire Bennet In California storyline is going downhill fast, but I will say it’s really stinking up the joint.
But cheer up, kids. Next week’s episode promises a nice dose of fresh air: Kristen Bell makes her appearance as Elle, the hero with an “electrifying” power!

Rambo
Starring Sylvester Stallone as Vietnam War veteran John Rambo. In this fourth chapter of the franchise, Rambo travels to Burma, where the Burmese army is ruthlessly abusing the locals. It is currently scheduled for a January 25, 2008 release.Judging by this Teaser Poster, which by the way is fantastic in my opinion, it looks like it's going to be a big action-packed film.

Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep

Birth by Sleep focuses on the story of Keyblade masters before Sora from the original Kingdom Hearts game and is a prequel, taking place ten years before the original Kingdom Hearts. Nomura has stated that though there are three scenarios, there is not one singularly important scenario or character, but that the main theme is Ven's identity. It is also believed to be connected to the unlockable trailers at the end of Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix. The story revolves around three Keyblade apprentices in search of a missing Keyblade master, Master Xehanort, and his apprentice. Their disappearance foreshadows a great disaster. The game will take place entirely in Disney-themed worlds, both new and old, and will reflect the time difference between this game and the previous Kingdom Hearts games.
This game is intended for the Playstation Portable
Smallville: Fierce

Kara decides she wants to join the Miss Sweet Corn Pageant. Clark tries to teach Kara to control her abilities, so she does not expose their secrets, but gets frustrated with her lack of concentration. Lana returns to Smallville, with all legal charges dropped against her, and reunites with Clark. Tyler and Tempest, two meteor-infected pageant contestants who witness Kara using her abilities, convince Kara to help them steal some buried treasure. The treasure turns out to be an SOS alert from another Kryptonian on Earth. Lex confronts Kara and promises to find out the truth of her abilities.
This Episode was not bad. Seeing Kara in a bikini was probably the highlight of the show. But to see Kara use her powers for the greater good was cool to see. Also my favorite scene happens to be with Kara and Lex.
Lex Luthor to Kara Kent:
"Twice i've been pulled back from the brink of death and both times it was by a member from the Kent family. I'm not a man who believes in coincidences"
My Lovely Girl
This happens to be a very very special person for me. She is probably one of the few people who knows the real me. She brought back my passion for photography and I love her opinions. Whenever she would talk, it's always a pleasure to her her opinion on something. She has this smile that can make your day. She is in somewhere in the world right now studying and I am missing her company. I just wish that she doesn't forget me and that we will see each other soon. Please always take care of yourself okay. I miss you...
Resident Evil Sequel?
In July of 2005, the producers openly discussed the possibility of following this sequel with a fourth film, with the announcement of plans to shoot the film in Tokyo. In an article published in 2006, details were revealed the film would take place in Tokyo, Japan and that Alice would be returning. In September 2006, it was announced that casting began for Resident Evil 4, and that Jensen Ackles was in talks for portraying Leon Kennedy. While promoting the film, Milla Jovovich and Ali Larter mentioned a possibility that if the movie performed well at the box office, a spin-off film could be made relating to Claire Redfield and the other survivors. Larter also confirmed she would reprise the role "100% if asked". Oded Fehr also jokingly mentioned if his character was to return for a new film, he would have to be cloned like Alice's character in Apocalypse and Extinction.Despite Resident Evil: Extinction being billed on the official website and elsewhere as the final installment of the Resident Evil film series, Rory Bruer, Sony's head of distribution explained, "It absolutely would not surprise me considering the success of the franchise that they find a way to come up with another. It's a real possibility."
I'm really happy with this news and I hope that they still make this franchise to satisfy all Resident Evil Fans out there
Resident Evil: Extinction
The Umbrella Corp under the guidance of the misguided Dr. Isaacs (Iain Glen) has been cloning Alice (Milla Jovovich) in hopes of finding a cure for the T-Virus that has turned earth into a wasteland. The real Alice, more powerful than ever, is on the run through the desert where she meets up with Claire Redfield (Ali Larter) and a caravan of survivors who face all sorts of obstacles on their journey to Alaska, which is thought to be safe from the infection.Everyone involved with the movie realizes that Milla's Alice is indeed the reason why the franchise continues to thrive, and she's given a chance to complete her transformation from kick-ass action star to full-on superhero, as she manifests telekinetic powers that makes it easier to defeat all odds. Alice really has been turned into a great movie heroine that's easy to root for, but when someone is so adept at slicing and dicing through the infected, it never feels like there's any danger. Having seen a lot of this stuff in the previous two movies--not to mention every other zombie movie that's come out since--we've become so desensitized to the violence and gore that it's not particularly exciting.
Ali Larter's Claire is a nice addition to the mix, but she's not a particularly charismatic character compared to Alice and the rest of the cast are fairly expendable as they take a back seat to the ladies. Even returning characters like Oded Fehr's Carlos and Mike Epps, who was easily the best part of the last movie as the constantly wisecracking and unlikely hero LJ, don't bring much to the movie. LJ. has generally gotten far too serious, and doesn't bring as much to the movie as he did last time.
As a critic, I would say that this movie is a good sequel but needs a little work on the story. There were a little been of gaps in the movie and I wished that they would explain it more. But as a movie buff I loved it! Especially the special effects!
Heroes: Kindred
Upon his return to New York, Suresh is unnerved to find an undiscovered Issac Mendez painting that foretells death of someone close to him. Both Claire and H.R.G. pursue their own secret personal agendas. Determined to make it to the U.S., Maya uses her deadly abilities to free Alejandro from a Mexican jail. Ando returns to his job in Japan and makes a happy discovery. Meanwhile, in Japan’s past, just when Hiro had written off Kensei , his childhood hero surprises him. Niki and a lost Hero individually strike shady bargains to reach their goals. Two familiar people with abilities make an unexpected return.Sylar finally makes his triumphant return — but where is he, or whose playing tricks on him? Niki and Micah are finally back, but where have they been, and where are they going? Peter and the box gets close — along with an Irish lass in the middle. So what’s in that box? West and Claire end up somewhere very, very high up. And did Claire just discover that HRG is still “in the game”?
House Season 4: 97 seconds
The final 10 fellowship candidates compete ferociously when House splits them into two teams by gender. They are assigned to diagnose and treat a wheelchair-bound man with muscular atrophy who is slowly suffocating. As the two teams are trying to one-up each other, complications arise when one team treats the patient but doesn’t follow through to make sure their treatment was executed. While the students are busy with their assignment, House experiments on himself to see what happens in the moments when people hover between life and death. Meanwhile, Foreman runs his own team of fellows in his new job at another hospital, and resorts to using a very “House-like” treatment to help a patient. This was funny. I love the "Survivor" style game plan that Dr. House made for the team.
House splits the 10 remaining doctors up into two groups to compete head-to-head to diagnose the patient first.
He splits them up:
- "if your sex organs dangle...you're the confederates"
- "if your sex organs are aesthetically pleasing...you're the yanks"
Effectively, he splits the group of 10 into 5 men and 5 women. At least initially. Part way through Amber convinces the "confederates" to let her switch teams: making it 6 vs. 4.
I'm really hoping that Kal Penn (number 6, who's sometimes number 9) gets included. The next episode is going to cool.
Prison Break: Good Fences
After his failed attempt at rescue, Lincoln receives Sara's head in a box. Michael formulates an electrifying escape plan from Sona. Mahone is haunted by hallucinations of Haywire. T-Bag becomes a member of Lechero's crew by murdering Nieves. Bellick's attempt to rat on Michael backfires.I guess after watching this episode, every fan in the world is probably shocked to see Sara's head in the box. I couldn't believe that they did this. I was searching for extra info about why this happened and I found out that Sarah Wayne Callies, Sara Tancredi, did want to go back, but she just gave birth and it changed her perspective on everything. She called the studio about her decision and they had to finish her off. It turns out that the studio was going to kill her off at the middle of the season and by her decision they killed her of early. But for fans of the show, don't worry about the Sara-Michael love team, from my sources they will introduce a new character whom they will pair her off with Michael.
Heroes: Lizards
With one person dead, Matt enlists some unlikely help as the attacks continue on people with abilities. Claire’s efforts to hide her healing abilities at her new California high school are jeopardized by a fellow student with a secret of his own. Niki and Micah leave Las Vegas in an attempt to start over. As part of his new job, Dr. Suresh must track down The Haitian . While crossing into Mexico, Maya and Alejandro’s abilities prove to be a threat to those around them. Meanwhile, disappointed by his hero Kensei , Hiro resolves to rectify any damage his presence in feudal Japan has done to history. And another lost Hero falls in with a gang of Irish gangsters with clues to his past.So far, the only interesting thing that has happened in this show is that Peter is not annoying
and is so far being actually cool. Hiro and Kensei is also fun to watch. That's it. For me, Heroes
needs to pick up the pace.
Smallville: Kara
Clark discovers he has a cousin, Kara, who was stuck in suspended animation for eighteen years. After a rocky first meeting, where Clark and Kara fight, the two soon band together to find Kara's stolen ship. Together they find her ship, which was taken by the Department of Domestic Security, but it is in self-destruct mode. Kara absorbs the explosion before it can kill anyone. Later, Kara reveals that a Kryptonian crystal, hidden inside the ship, was stolen before the ship exploded. Lex finds Lana, who used a LuthorCorp clone of herself to help fake her own death, in China. Lex returns to Smallville, determined to find the girl—Kara—who saved his life.Adding Kara (Supergirl) to the show is a good move. This brings Clark closer to the hero he is destined to be. It also introduces a new arc to the season where she is actually older than Clark! And that Clark's uncle Zor-El had a specific job for Kara to do. It was nice that in the episode Clark was teaching Kara to use her other powers. And if only Kara can teach Clark to fly

Reaper
For the entirety of Sam's 20 years of existence, his parents have always let him skid by with the least possible amount of effort in every aspect of life, including school, sports and his future. Sam has forgone a college education and has happily settled into his dead-end job at the home improvement store, The Work Bench. Sam wakes up on his 21st birthday and finally discovers the reason why his parents have been so easy on him: before Sam was born, his parents sold his soul to the Devil, and now that Sam's 21, the Devil is ready to collect. Sam's new job with Satan requires him to return evil souls who've escaped from the underworld to return them back to the depths of hell. With help from his closest mortal buddies and various vessels entrusted to him by Satan, Sam begins to shake off his underachiever image and embrace his new role as Hell's bounty hunter.Watching this episode was really fun. Knowing that this episode was directed by Kevin Smith, my expectations were high and I was not disappointed. It had a lot of funny moments and some of my favorite moments were always with Sam and The Devil.
A Proud Day for Filipinos
The Philippines has been waiting for this day since 2003. The day arrived and a lot of Filipinos and fans around the world are celebrating for the spectacular win by our boxer Manny Pacquiao. The match was slow in the beginning but when round 5 arrived it was the fight that many people have been waiting for. Manny and Barrera throwing punches at each other. The match was going to Manny's favor but an illegal blow from Barrera in the 11th round almost all the people in the Stadium knew that Manny was going to win. The illegal blow from Barrera was a sign of weakness and it showed that he was losing. The match ended with a unanimous decision and Manny was victorious. Manny has proven himself as a strong fighter and an entertaining one as well. A lot of people was wondering if Manny was able to be in good condition due to the fact that he was sick for a couple of days. But he proved everyone that he was in top shape. As we celebrate Manny's victory all eyes turn toward another rematch on Pac-Man's horizon against Juan Manuel Marquez.
Heroes: Four Months Later
As the second volume of “Heroes” begins, the fates of Peter , Nathan and Matt are revealed, following the horrible showdown with Sylar and Peter’s uncontrolled nuclear detonation miles above New York City. As everyone attempts to move on, a new sinister force begins stalking and murdering Heroes. With the family hiding in Southern California, Mr. Bennet and Claire attempt to live as inconspicuously as possible, which proves to be easier said than done. Meanwhile, after landing in feudal Japan, Hiro meets his hero Takezo Kensei . Twins Maya and Alejandro Herrera hope to make the crossing into the U.S. from Mexico, in hopes of finding help with their deadly abilities. The First Episode was kinda slow but it did reveal new characters and answers the questions that were left in the first season. What happened to Hiro? What happened to Matt? Is Nathan and Matt still alive? It also brings new questions to the new season. Who is Molly seeing in her dreams? Is Kensei really the hero that Hiro has grown up to know? And what are the Twins power?
Smallville: Bizarro

Season 7 Episode 1
Clark confronts a bizarro version of himself and the ensuing fight causes Reeves dam to burst. Lex, who was arrested for Lana's murder, is caught in the flood of water. Before he can drown, Lex is saved by an unknown girl who he later believes to be an angel giving him a second chance at redemption. Lionel's body is taken by an unknown person. Chloe is pronounced dead at the hospital, but she resurrects herself in the morgue. Clark discovers his doppelgänger's weakness, the yellow Sun, and exploits it with the help of Martian Manhunter. Lana is revealed to be alive and living in Shanghai, China.
This Season's Premiere wasn't disappointing and it had all the fantastic formula that made this show a success. The introductory of a new character Kara (Supergirl) was one of the most awaited scene in the episode. I just hope that bringing Kara into this new season will be a big help to Clark as he is almost at the end of his journey.
Prison Break: Call Waiting
Season 3 Episode 3Determined to speak with Sara, Michael enlists T-Bag's help to get to the only phone in Sona: Lechero's. Lincoln attempts a daring rescue. Whistler comes clean to Michael, just as Mahone is tempted to fall back on a dirty habit. Bellick makes an enemy while attempting to get back on his feet.
The Season is getting better and better. The plot is slowly revealing itself to the audience. It's pretty clear now that The Company is very serious about Michael breaking Whistler out. Seeing the characters surviving in the new environment is very interesting to see. Agent Mahone is now going under withdrawal syndrome because he doesn't have any more medicine to keep him cool. Michael and Lincoln are getting desperate to save LJ and Sarah. T-Bag seems to have found himself some under good conditions of Lechero.
House Season 4: The Right Stuff
Season 4 Episode 2House is approached by a fighter pilot named Greta, a candidate for NASA’s astronaut training program. Greta suffers from a neurological disorder in which she is converting visual images to sound, or hearing with her eyes. Knowing that NASA would reject any possibility of her becoming an astronaut if they knew of her problem, Greta begs House to treat her in secret. Meanwhile, House is ruffled when he thinks he sees Cameron, Chase and Foreman in the hospital hallways.
This episode was (in my opinion) was great. Because it had more interaction with a lot of the characters. There two things I loved about this episode. First reason, seeing Cameron, Case, and Foreman again (even if it was a brief moment). And second, Kal Penn. He is one of the actors that I like and it was because of him I enjoyed Harold and Kumar: goes to White castle. I, particularly think that the role he got in Superman Returns was ridiculous due to the fact that he has a non-speaking role and didn't get to do anything. Here, he was interacting with House and was funny too.
